ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecast, inventory levels, and production capacity.
- Track and follow up the progress of work orders and ensure they are closed in a timely manner.
- Adjust and manage production WIP to sustain optimal operational performance.
- Advise on strategies to optimize and accelerate the order fulfillment.
- Quickly identify potential risks and escalate work orders that may be at risk of missing deadlines.
- Collaborate with the Planning Support team for seamless coordination.
- Reassess and recommit to order fulfillment plans when work orders are missed.
- Proactively analyze data to determine opportunities to improve planning KPI.
- To prepare reports in a timely manner.
- Participate in improvement projects related to planning / manufacturing / automation.

**Qualifications**
REQUIRED:

- Min BS/ BA degree.
- At least 1 or more years working experience in production planning or a related field.

PREFERRED:

- Preferably with hands-on experience in SAP module in PP and MES system.
- Good understanding of manufacturing and production planning processes.

SKILLS:

- Excellent in verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Must have good judgement along with good decision making, communication and interpersonal skills.
