Diagnose and repair commercial kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, and other appliances.
- Perform preventive maintenance on kitchen equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Install new kitchen appliances and systems according to manufacturer specifications and company protocols.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and gas-powered kitchen equipment to identify faults and implement corrective measures.
- Respond to service calls from clients, providing timely and efficient repairs to minimize disruption to kitchen operations.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair work, including parts used and hours spent on each job.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues and share knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations when working with kitchen appliances.
- Advise clients on the proper use, care, and maintenance of equipment to extend its lifespan.
- Keep inventory of essential spare parts, tools, and equipment needed for repairs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest kitchen equipment technology and industry best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a technician specializing in kitchen or commercial equipment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, gas, and mechanical systems in commercial kitchens.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical issues to clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls efficiently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
