Responsible for developing and implementing HR planning and administrative planning and produce accurate HR reports.
- Provide guidance, coordination and management of various Human Resource services and administrative activities for the company.
- Responsible for the overall management and development of Human Resource and Administrative activities for the company.
- Managing the recruitment and selection process.
- Oversee manpower planning and recruitment include foreign worker hiring and management.
- Responsible for monthly payroll & verification.
- Ensure timely completion of yearly performance evaluation, appraisal and job grading.
- Administering staff training enrolment and assisting in coordinating training related matters.
- Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, employee benefits/welfare, tactics and procedures across the group.
- Managing, supervising and leading HR and Administration Department and overseeing the full spectrum of department needs on daily basis.
- Assisting and guiding subordinates in solving problems and providing solutions to the problem.
- Ensuring issuance of circulars / memos issued pertaining to employee issues.
- Organizing company events, both internal and external events.
- Building company profile, HR handbook, relevant standard operating procedures (SOP) and policies and company organization chart.
- Ensuring that all HR activities comply with legal requirements, employment law, labour law and relevant regulations.
- Reporting to Management and providing decision support through HR metrics.
- Handling employee counselling, grievances, disciplinary matters, and domestic inquiries for misconduct and managing termination procedures for non-performing cases.
- Liaising with external parties, all Government Department, and Local Authorities in matters related to employment and worker welfare.
- Ensuring that HR functions within group provide value and act as an important business partner in supporting the business growth or changes.
- Collaborating with Management to facilitate group changes and increase employee engagement and capability.
- Ensure departmental objectives are met.
- Participating in any special projects / programs as and when assigned by the Company.
- Undertaking any other ad-hoc assignment as directed by the Management.

**Salary**: RM3,606.41 - RM10,206.35 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:
