- Encourage mathematical discussion, peer collaboration, and a growth mindset approach.
- Design and implement formative and summative assessments in line with Cambridge learning objectives.
- Track student progress through regular evaluations, observations, and diagnostic tasks.
- Maintain detailed records and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Prepare academic progress reports and participate in parent-teacher conferences.
- Create a positive, organized, and inclusive learning environment that promotes focus, respect, and curiosity.
- Establish clear expectations and routines that support learning and student responsibility.
- Manage classroom resources effectively, including manipulatives, digital tools, and visual aids.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers in curriculum planning, moderation, and interdisciplinary activities.
- Contribute to math enrichment programs such as Math Week, competitions, and learning fairs.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with international best practices and Cambridge assessment strategies.

**Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related discipline.
- Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed, or equivalent teaching license).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience teaching Mathematics at upper primary level, preferably within the IGCSE framework.
- In-depth understanding of the Cambridge IGCSE Mathematics curriculum and assessment objectives.
- Strong classroom management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Ability to teach in a multicultural, inclusive, and student-centered environment. Passionate about mathematics education and student achievement.
