We are currently looking for a dedicated talent for the role of **Export Operation Assistant.** You will be responsible for reception and handle clerical, administrative and filing work in our Service Station based at Bayan Lepas, Pulau Pinang and to travel to airport to handle the export activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for handling the export activity and documentation planning, monitoring logistics operations such as warehousing, inventory, transportation, and supply chain processes at airport warehouse.
- Responsible for receiving, handling, storage, labelling and identification, preservation, and issuance of materials from customer warehouse.
- To ensure all cargo received is accordance with the shippers invoice, packing list or air-waybill.
- Processing order confirmation from customers quickly and effectively, immediate follow up of discrepancies, liaising with other departments where necessary.
- Assist to resolve the customer’s problems, complaints, within own level authority, investigate till up to resolution or escalate to concerned parties to expedite the actions.
- To ensure the shipping process and documentation are comply to the current legislation and regulations.
- Responsible as customs runner at in/out customs station, whenever it’s necessary, and ensure all the customs document being return to office for record retention purposes.
- Attend to customs officer query.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time.

**You will need to have**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- **Experience in courier operation or air freight operation, with some minimum customs knowledge will be an added advantage.**:

- Able to converse and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia;
- Working days and hours : Monday - Friday : 11am to 8pm and Saturday : 10am to 2pm
- Possess own transport to travel within Penang.
