Collaborate & contribute as a team whose primary responsibility to be perform service request and troubleshoot issues reported by the users
- Uphold for SLA compliance, incident management & Root cause analysis
- Change assessment, planning & implement
- Constantly looking out for continuous service improvement, value adds & bring in best practices related to tasks and processes
- Track & ensure assigned / delegated responsibilities are closed with in timelines.

**Skills Required**:
**Unix/Linux SYSTEM Administration**:

- Proficient with RHEL/CentOS (6.x, 7.x & 8.x) OS administration
- Server hardening.
- Vulnerability assessment & management.
- Experience OS Patching tools [satellite server].
- Knowledge & mínimal experience in Windows 2016 Active Directory & DNS.

**Virtualization Administration**:

- Virtual infra administration [Host management, Oracle VM Manager and KVM ] administration.
- Knowledge & mínimal experience in Azure.

**Storage Administration**:

- Knowledge & Experience in Hitachi SAN Storage & Brocade Switches.

**Backup Administration**:

- Knowledge & Experience in Netbackup Master server, Appliance & Client.

**PAM Administration**:

- Knowledge & Experience in Thycotic/CyberArc.

**Networking**:

- Knowledge & mínimal experience in networking.

**Operations**:

- Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem & Change management)
- Experience in Day 2 Day operations.

**Interpersonal skills**:
Pay: From RM10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Redhat linux & VCS: 6 years (preferred)
