Carrying out the day-to-day HR activities of an organization.
- Maintaining the accuracy of employee files & databases.
- Assisting the implementation of company policies.
- Prepare Letters / Documents / Reports etc.
- Assist with all aspects of daily HR operations including recruitment, interviews, onboarding, payroll, Foreign Workers, KPI, Disciplinary, etc.
- Prepare, and update process flow and SOP.
- Coordinate and participate in company events/programs/projects.
- Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee.
**Requirements**:
- Explore Malaysia HR groups & forums on social media for a better understanding of the challenges and dynamics that you may encounter in your HR career journey and be prepared for them.
- Responsible, smart, aggressive, result-driven, detail-oriented.
- Resourceful, meeting deadlines, ability to work independently & good team player.
- Able to demonstrate professional work ethic.
- Good time management & stress management.
- Willing to stand by all the time for ad hoc stuff.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
- Required Skill(s): Communication Skills, Multi-lingua, Mixed well with all levels of employees.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision and able to work in a team.
- Final-year student who is in their final semester only.
- Interested in continuing as a Full-time employee
- Malaysian only.
- Minimum 4 months of internship.

Contract length: 4 months
**Salary**: RM700.00 per month
