Lead and coordinate the entire project/product lifecycle, from initial planning to final execution
- Collaborate with internal teams, including design, engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to develop project/product specifications and requirements
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to evaluate project/product viability and potential obstacles
- Develop project/product schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure timely and cost-effective execution
- Monitor and track project/product progress, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations from established plans
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project/product status, milestones, and deliverables
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to support decision-making and problem-solving throughout the project/product lifecycle
- Manage and mitigate project/product risks, implementing contingency plans when necessary
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices
- Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements, address inquiries, and provide technical support
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, leveraging lessons learned and implementing process enhancements
- Perform any other ad-hoc assignments and other duties assigned by HOD/PIC.

Job Requirement:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in the industry relevant to the company’s field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Some travel may be required depending on project needs.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
