**JOB DESCRIPTION**

1) Assist with all internal and external HR & Admin related matters.
2) Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
3) Recommend strategies to motivate employees.
5) Assist in coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
6) Assist in preparing domestic inquiry, show cause letter, warning letter, monitor staffs discipline and coordinate with head of departments.
7) Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
8) Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
9) Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
10) Liaise with Government Authorities on matters related to Human Resource such as Labor and Immigration Department.
11) Assist in payroll processing.
12) Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice
13) Backup manpower when needed.
14) To perform any other ad-hoc task as when as required.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Persuasive and excellent influencing skills.
- Individual who is passionate, resourceful, self-motivated, highly committed, a team player and able to motivate others.
- An unending willingness to learn.
- Must be willing to work in highly dynamic and challenging startup environment.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: RM800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)
