**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources team as an Intern. The HR Intern will assist with various HR functions, gaining valuable hands-on experience in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training and development, and HR administration. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to explore a career in human resources and develop essential skills in a real-world setting.
- Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Assist with new employee onboarding activities, including preparing orientation materials, organizing orientation sessions, and ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
- Help maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, updating notice board and maintaining

**Job Requirement**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Applicable for Malaysian citizen only.
