Job Title: Assistant in General Affairs (Fresh Graduate)
**Salary**: RM 1.8K - RM 2.5K
Working Days: Monday - Friday - 5 days per week

**Job Description**:
As an Assistant in General Affairs, you will support the General Affairs department in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing administrative assistance across various functions. Your role will involve a mix of administrative, clerical, and logístical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
- Handle general office administration tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
2. Office Management:
- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory; order supplies as needed.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities.
3. Event and Meeting Coordination:
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and appointments.
- Prepare meeting rooms, including setting up equipment and materials.
- Take minutes during meetings and distribute them to relevant parties.
4. Communication:
- Relay messages and information promptly to the appropriate individuals.
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors.
5. Logistics Support:
- Assist in arranging travel and accommodation for employees.
- Manage courier services and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail.
- Support in handling office logistics and transportation arrangements.
6. HR Assistance:
- Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops.
7. Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
8. Miscellaneous Tasks:
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the General Affairs Manager.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Proactive and willing to learn new skills.
