POSITION: HR & ADMIN ASSISTANT CUM RECEPTIONIST

**Summary**

As an HR & Admin Assistant cum Receptionist at AWH Ventures Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible to provide administrative support to all departments, as well as managing the front counter and its associated task, such as telecommunication, correspondence, and guest.

**Responsibilities and Tasks**:
HR & Admin Assistant
- To oversee and assist in handling and managing daily attendance and leave record for all employees.
- To have an up-to-date record of all Leave/MC Form. Ensure all data are well maintained and recorded in the system.
- In charge of stationery, pantries, and office supplies. Ensure all supplies are always sufficient and replenished based on the monthly budget set.
- Assist other departments when they are expecting guest/visitors. To prepare the meeting room, serve refreshments and clean up after each visit/meeting.
- Manage Company’s social media’s account - handling passwords and access and to work closely with Operation & Sales & Marketing team for contents update.
- To create a e-greeting card for all occasions celebrated in Malaysia for distribution to all business partners, vendors, and customers.
- To assist in employees’ welfare e.g. birthday celebration, lunch/dinner gathering, sports activities, teambuilding, or training
- To provide administrative support to all department in attending office/employee issues and to complete any ad-hoc task assigned by superior from time to time.
- To provide support in the initial stage of the recruitment process
- To oversee and manage vendors such as cleaning and security service providers.

**Receptionist**
- To attend all phone calls via company’s general line in a professional manner, screening and forwarding calls and taking messages when necessary
- To greet and assist guest/visitors in warm and friendly manner.
- To ensure all outgoing and incoming official documents/parcels are well recorded.
- To monitor and supervise the maintenance and general housekeeping of the whole workplace area and office compound.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
