Assistant HR Manager #mnc

**Main Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and coordinate the **full spectrum of HR functions**, including **Recruitment**, **Payroll**, **Training & Development**, **Compensation & Benefits**, **Employee Relations (ER)**, and **Industrial Relations (IR)**.
- Supervise and monitor **HR team members** in charge of individual units, ensuring alignment with HR policies, timelines, and company goals.
- Provide **hands-on support and guidance** to subordinates, ensuring proper execution of HR tasks and addressing operational gaps.
- Act as the **point-of-contact for HR project-based assignments** from the HR Manager, including cross-functional tasks and data consolidation.
- Compile, review, and **analyze reports from various HR units** (e.g. Training Needs from L&D, Attrition Data from Recruitment), and prepare presentations or dashboards for management.
- Assist in preparing **annual HR budgeting**, especially in areas like Learning & Development, manpower planning, and staff welfare initiatives.
- Ensure **compliance with employment laws, HR best practices**, and internal policies.
- Manage and resolve complex **employee relations** and **disciplinary issues**, and support grievance handling with proper documentation.
- Work closely with department heads to **align HR strategies with business goals**, including workforce planning and performance management.
- Identify opportunities for **process improvement** within HR functions and assist in implementing HR systems or digital tools where applicable.
- Support HR audits, policy reviews, and **standard operating procedure (SOP) updates**.
- Act as acting HR Manager when required during the manager’s absence.
