**Job Description**:
**Job Overview**:
We are looking for an experienced Group Manager to oversee and coordinate all operations in the JB branches.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor performance and implement improvements by analysing proper manpower planning.
- Design and lead the implementation of Employer Branding and Talent Attraction programmes to attract talent such as career fairs, career seminars and strategic alliances with universities.
- Plan, conceptualize, manage and execute event / campaign in a timely manner according to requirement.
- Maintain effective communication between management, staffs, to ensure operational effectiveness of JB 1Group.
- Implement operations excellence framework, leading the team towards best practices and provide clear direction towards achievement of business improvement goals.
- Develop a positive work culture to nurture every team member throughout the organisation to bring the best out of each individual.
- Oversee and coordinate day to day activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Others related duties within your scope that are assigned by the Director.

**Job Requirements**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong planning and organizing skills.
- Possess good leadership skills and able to lead and manage a team of executives.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
- Strong Strategic and Conceptual Thinking.
- Able to perform in multi task and easily adapt to fast pace working environment.
- Able to commence immediately is an advantage.

- Laptop and mobile phone will be provided for you to work.
- 5 days' work week (Monday to Friday, 9.00 am - 6.30 pm).

Salary Range
- RM 8,000.00 to RM 12,000.00 (Chinese)
