**Responsibilities**:

- To prepare all pre-contract documentations including tender preparation, taking off, BQ, quotation, cost plan, evaluating contractor’s and supplier’s cost.
- Responsible to verify, cost-control of all suppliers, sub-contractor, workers and etc, inclusive project claims and expenses within the budget.
- Price for project forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.
- To prepare pre and post project budget, progress claims, projected cash flow, tender documentations and final accounts.
- To negotiates, compare and coordinate between suppliers, sub-contractors and vendors.
- To source and update regularly for new contractors and supplier’s for better terms, services and pricing.
- To evaluate current contractor’s and supplier’s pricing and performance.
- To prepare Purchase Order or Letter Award for contractors and suppliers.
- To prepare progress claims and verification of work done for contractors and suppliers.
- To prepare variation orders and final account settlement with communicates with project manager; timely submission of monthly progress claims.
- To monitor of all procurement activities for the project, including materials and appointed sub-contractors’
- To control and monitoring of project budget, costings and procurement.
- Ensure proper filing of purchasing documentation records from start to end of each projects.

**Job Requirements**
- Applicant must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administrations or any field.
- Positive working attitude and self-motivated.
- Detail oriented and prompt in documentation work.
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
- Must be a team-player and has a positive attitude in facing challenges. Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork.
- Applicants ideally able to converse in verbal and written Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
