We are excited to announce that we are on the lookout for a talented **Bartender** to join our dynamic team as we prepare for the opening team of our very first **Thai restaurant** outlet This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a brand-new venture that will bring the authentic flavours of Thailand to our local community and nearby regions, creating a memorable dining experience for all, and that F&B is regarded as a strong point of differentiation for the Thai Cuisine in its local market.

As a **Bartender**at our Thai restaurant, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and vibrant environment for our guests. You’ll be crafting expertly mixed drinks, recommending unique cocktails inspired by Thai flavours, and ensuring guests have an outstanding time from start to finish. You’ll work closely with our front-of-house and kitchen team to provide seamless service and an exceptional experience that keeps guests coming back for more.

**Qualifications**
- Previous bartending experience preferred, ideally in a high-volume, hospitality-focused environment.
- Passion for craft mocktails and cocktails, spirits, and mixology; experience with Thai-inspired beverages a plus.
- Strong knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as cocktail recipes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal ability to serve alcohol.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a focus on hospitality and creating a memorable guest experience.
- Flexibility in schedule and availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

A **Bartender**’s job description typically involves preparing variety of beverage and desserts related to Thai-flavours, maintaining high beverage quality and safety standards, and collaborating with the front-of-house and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities also include inventory management, bar area cleanliness, and potentially training staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Preparation and Serve**: Masterfully prepare and serve alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks to guests with exceptional attention to detail.
- **Menu Development**: Create signature cocktails that reflect the flavours and spirit of Thai cuisine, incorporating fresh ingredients and herbs where possible.
- **Quality Control**: Maintaining high standards of quality, freshness, and safety.
- **Bar Counter Operations**:Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment supplies are stocked and ready for service. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on drinks and suggestions to enhance satisfaction of guests.
- **Inventory & Ingredient Management**: Oversee Bar Counter stock and ingredients, ensuring only the freshest, highest-quality items are used. Develop relationships with suppliers to source authentic Thai ingredients.
- **Team-work**: Work collaboratively with the restaurant’s front-of-house team to deliver excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
- **Health & Safety Standards**: Maintain a clean and organized safe bar counter environment, adhering to health and safety regulations, and ensuring that all beverage is prepared based on standard procedures and served with the highest standards of hygiene.

**Additional Duties**:

- **Cost Analysis**: Reviewing beverage cost analysis and ensuring it stays within budget.
- **Suppliers**: Managing and choosing suitable suppliers for Thai ingredients.
- **SOP Adherence**: Following standard operating procedures (SOP) within the requirements of management.
- **Expediting**: Expediting orders to ensure quality and timely service.
- **Special Dietary Needs**: Understanding and accommodating special dietary requirements.
