**Your responsibilities will be**:

- To Process Subcontractor Payment, inclusive of Creation of AP Code for New Subcon and Creation of New Contract in IFCA system based on LA and follow up if there are any queries or lack of documentation.
- To key in Supplier invoices after casting check and ensuring all DO acknowledged by site, matched against invoice and PO, raised any Debit Note if any, before preparing payment.
- To Issue DN / CN for Material Purchased on Behalf, Subcontractor Works, Penalty, LAD, which inclusive of keying-in, photostating of supporting documents and distribution of debit notes.
- To Process KSK Daywork from site, ensuring hourly rates and number of hours are correctly calculated and tie with thumb print before prepare payment and prepare Workers' Payslip for distribution of wages at site.
- To Process Site Petty Cash claim and Personal Expenses claim by staff, which inclusive of checking on source documents, keying-in, backcharge if any, before prepare payment.
- To Reconcile backcharges on Subcon Account during Payment and deduct further if not captured by Contract department in their certificates.
- To Perform Bank Reconciliation in IFCA system upon receiving Bank Statement and raise issue if any.
- To Calculate Proposed Payment Amount under his/her responsibility every month for Cash Flow Planning.

**To be eligible for this role, you will require**:

- Minimum 3 years relevant experience with audit is preferred
- Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
