Do you have a strong passion for numbers, precision, and financial reporting? We are seeking a Finance Executive with solid experience in the field to join our dynamic team and contribute to essential financial operations, reporting, and compliance activities.

FINANCE EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities :


• Manage the full spectrum of Finance and General Accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.


• Compile and update financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, including ad-hoc financial analyses for Management as required.


• Oversee treasury operations, alongside cash flow management.


• Contribute to the annual budget process and generate monthly budget performance reports for Management review.


• Prepare and submit Sales and Service Tax (SST) reports in compliance with regulatory requirements.


• Handle E-Invoicing processes, ensuring timely reporting and submission.


• Provide support for the annual audit and tax filing procedures.


• Assist with cost management activities.


• Support the execution of enterprise risk management activities.


• Ensure compliance with established accounting standards, internal policies, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines in all financial activities.

Eligibility Criteria:

 Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.

 Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in Accounting & Finance - General / Cost Accounting.

 Experience in finance management systems is required, familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage.

 Proactive and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

 Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; reliable team player with a positive mindset and learning-driven attitude.

 Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
