The Executive, Finance supports financial management, corporate finance, and governance for Gentari Mobility. Ensures timely reporting, financial discipline, and effective treasury and risk management to enable profitable and sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities

Financial & Management Accounting

  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing, analysis, and reporting;
  • Prepare Consolidated Returns Package (CRP) for group consolidation;
  • Support yearly audits, statutory submissions, and internal audits.

Treasury and Cash Management

  • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and future funding requirements;
  • Oversee accounts payable, receivable, vendor management, and tax compliance;
  • Reconcile Gentari Go accounts and transactions.

Corporate Finance

  • Support financing and funding strategies via equity, external financing, trade financing, and decarbonisation funds;
  • Assist in structuring and evaluating investment opportunities for growth.

Governance, Risk & Processes

  • Custodian for RAPIDs, counterparty credit risk guidelines, and adoption of groupwide risk policies.
  • Ensure compliance with business processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field;
  • 3–7 years' experience in finance, corporate finance, or accounting roles; exposure to treasury, risk management, or corporate funding is an advantage;
  • Strong analytical, financial reporting, and stakeholder management skills;
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and results-driven.
