 — an award-winning Corporate Event Agency in ASEAN — we're looking for a Finance Executive to strengthen our finance team and grow alongside our regional expansion.

Job Description

  • Assist Senior Finance in 
    handling full sets of accounts
     (AP, AR, GL, reconciliation, month-end closing)
  • Support in 
    preparing monthly management reports and financial statements
  • Monitor daily transactions, claims, and event-related expenses
  • Assist in 
    cash flow tracking, budget preparation, and project costing
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external consultants when required
  • Ensure 
    compliance with statutory requirements
     (SST, income tax, etc.)
  • Verify supporting documents before approvals and payments
  • Maintain proper filing, accuracy, and confidentiality of financial records
  • Support ad-hoc finance tasks and process improvements

Skill Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant finance & accounting experience
  • Knowledge of handling full sets of accounts (with supervision/support)
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proficient in accounting systems (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, QuickBooks, Xero)
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Singapore accounting requirements
  • Bonus: Experience in project/event-based accounting
  • Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
