Ipqc Assistant

Perform online inspection for SCM and EVAP packing line.
- Verify line clearance for any event or stoppages.
- Conduct in process inspection for mixing milk and mixing area.
- Inspect finished good pallet before usage in packing floor.
- Oversee any isolated products or non-conformance products.
- Collect finished good samples for inspection.
- Manage all line quality control activities in a shift.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Verify and maintain documentation for daily records and other ad-hoc records.
- Participate in GMP, 5S, Gemba Walk and manage gazetted work area to ensure compliance to safety and AGPRM standards.
- Fully comply to AGPRM and Asahi Way requirements.
- Perform other duties assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Fresh/experience male graduate with experience in beverage industries.
- Knowledgeable in HACCP, GMP and production QMS.
- Good reading and communication skills.
- Familiar with manufacturing/ production setting.
- Must be able to work in shifts and odd hours.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
