**Design Conceptualization**:
**Primary responsibilities**:

- As a graphic designer, you will be responsible for creating visual content to communicate messages through various mediums. You'll work on a variety of design projects, including static and video content, to meet the needs of the organization.
- Take the design “brief” to accurately record requirements and communication objectives
- Schedule project implementation and meet agreed timelines
- Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software like - Indesign, AI, Photoshop, Corel and any animation software
- Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
- Be the single point of contact to develop digital content (product photoshoots/videos etc) for all Bata Malaysia products

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Develop creative and innovative design concepts based on project requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand design goals and objectives

**Graphics Creation**:

- Create visual elements such as logos, illustrations, and graphics for use in various mediums
- Design layouts and select colors, images, and typefaces to create visually appealing materials

**Print & Digital Designs**:

- Ensure designs are optimized for different platforms and devices

**Product Photoshoots / Videos**:

- Prepare and execute product photoshoots / videos

**Brand Identity**:

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand identity guidelines
- Ensure consistency in branding across all design materials

**Software Proficiency**:

- Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other relevant tools
- Stay updated on industry-standard design software and techniques

**Time Management**:

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively

**Qualifications**:
**1. **Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field

**2. **Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects

**3. **Good Photography / video editing skills

**4. **Proficiency in graphic design software and tools

**5. **Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques

**6. **Strong communication and presentation skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 per month
