Core Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop compelling visual content for various media including packaging, labels, menus, merchandise and promotional materials.
  • Create and develop innovative graphics for various media including websites, social media, print materials, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistent visual identity.
  • Test graphics and designs across various media; create mock prints for quick visualizations
  • Learn and experiment with the latest techniques, software, and design trends to produce impactful work that engages with our audience
  • Plan, organize and execute photo shoots, ensuring all necessary equipment and props are available.
  • Select and edit photos to meet the highest quality standards.
  • Maintain an organized archive of all images and design files.
  • Support the marketing team on ad hoc requests when required.

Skill Required:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Premier Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) and other relevant design and photo editing software.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work in a collaborative team environment with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Be open minded to incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and improve deliverables.
  • Bonus if you understand the production process from design to finished product.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Content Creator or similar role.
  • At least two (2)  or three (3) years of experience in graphic design
  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing or related field.
  • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
