Job Title: Graphic DesignerKey Responsibilities:

Conceptualizing and Designing:

  • Create designs for both print and digital platforms such as websites, social media, brochures, banners, advertisements, and product packaging.
  • Work with teams to understand their needs and come up with creative design solutions.
  • Ensure that designs align with the brand's vision and goals.

Software Proficiency:

  • Use graphic design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and other relevant tools to create visual designs.
  • Stay up to date with the latest design trends.

Collaborate with Teams:

  • Work with developers, and marketing teams to integrate designs into larger projects.
  • Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback.

Brand Consistency:

  • Maintain consistency in design style and branding across all materials and platforms.
  • Ensure design quality is maintained and is in line with project requirements.

Design Research and Trend Monitoring:

  • Stay updated on the latest graphic design trends, tools, and techniques.
  • Use research to inspire and improve creative design work.

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication skills for discussing design ideas and feedback.
  • Time management skills to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (not always necessary for fresh grads, but helpful).
  • A solid portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
  • Familiarity with web design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch)
