**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver end-to-end performance testing services, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Design, plan, execute, and report performance testing using **LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE)**.
- Develop and maintain performance test scripts, scenarios, and test data.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to collect non-functional requirements and define performance test cases.
- Provide frequent performance testing updates, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive clear reporting.
- Review and obtain sign-off for test strategies, test plans, and other related documentation.
- Ensure adherence to testing standards, methods, and governance requirements, including health checks and audits.
- Mentor and guide junior performance testing resources within the team.
- Participate in forums to drive continuous improvement, innovation, and testing transformation.
- Collaborate across multiple projects simultaneously with flexibility and ownership.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- **3+ years of hands-on Performance Testing experience using LoadRunner (mandatory).**:

- Strong experience working with **LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE)**.
- Proficient in scripting, execution, analysis, and reporting of performance tests.
- Solid understanding of non-functional testing principles and methodologies.
- Experience in coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders and managing performance testing deliverables.
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,810.20 - RM11,918.04 per month
