**Job Description**:
Manager in Investor Services team is responsible to provide a spectrum of Transfer Agency servicing to our clients. Individual appointed to this position will have to deliver the highest service level to clients and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist direct manager to manage and supervise the team on all the tasks including transaction processing, KYC/AML documents reviews, FATCA/CRS reporting and other client reporting;
- Control and monitor the processes and delivery to make sure we meet all agreed KPIs;
- Promote and provide training/demo to client on the use of SS&C portal;
- Timely response to the enquiry from fund managers, investors and auditors etc;
- Handle new client onboarding; make sure all internal setup meet the need of the clients;
- Build up and maintain good relationship with clients.
- Participant in system enhancement project to improve the reporting quality or operation efficiency of the process.

CREDENTIALS
- Minimum 5 years experience in Transfer Agency/Investor Services; preferably in hedge funds;
- Excellent communication and client services skills, ability to work within a team toward timely and accurate production;
- Have experience to work as supervisor and ability on multi-tasking
- Able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime.
- Fluent in written and spoken English. Mandarin speaking is a plus;
