**Sales Coordinator**

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining customer relationships. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will help drive our sales initiatives and improve overall efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including managing schedules, preparing reports, and processing orders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer information, sales activities, and performance metrics.
- Organize sales meetings, training sessions, and client events, ensuring all logistics are handled effectively.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to support sales efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of sale principles and strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 - 8 months

Pay: RM500.00 - RM800.00 per month
