Personal Assistant

Responsible for the personal tasks of the director.
- Conducting thorough research on various personal and professional matters as required by the director. This includes researching educational institutions for children, exploring investment opportunities, and gathering information on other personal interests or needs.
- Presenting well-compiled research findings in an organized and accessible manner, enabling the director to make informed decisions.
- Managing household affairs, including supervision of domestic staff (maids, gardeners, etc.).
- Assist the director/ General Manager in planning and coordinating work schedules and progress.
- Oversee and supervise team members.
- Carry out the directives of the directors and senior leadership.
- Assist senior leadership in the hiring process.
- Serve and liaise with key suppliers or customers.
- Assist in keeping track of every project progress, and problem solving.
- Assist in the upkeep and maintenance of the office.
- Providing miscellaneous support to the leadership team as needed, which may include document preparation, meeting coordination, and other administrative tasks.
Requirement:
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
- Skilled in writing clear, concise, and grammatically correct English copy.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and demonstrable driving skills.
- Adept in interpersonal skills.
- Strong research skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information from various sources.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Ability to practice discretion and confidentiality.
