SAP Basis and Authorization Consultant

**Responsibilities**:

- Our Global SAP team with over 60 employees is expanding and continuing the world-wide SAP rollouts. We are growing with our SAP framework and are taking off on our digital journey to use the newest S/4 HANA features to optimize and enhance our global template.
- To set the foundation and ensure Sika’s success on our digital journey, we would like to strengthen our Regional Support Team in Kuala Lumpur.

- SAP Basis and Authorization Consultant

In this challenging role, you will have the opportunity to work in a highly innovative environment on basis of an SAP S/4 HANA main ERP system. In addition to the main ERP there is a huge surrounding SAP system landscape consisting of Business Suite Systems, SCM, PO, BI, EWM, Solution Manager, GTS, GRC NFE, Cloud Solutions, Portals and many more.
- Your goal and your main tasks as a hands-on SAP Basis and Authorization specialist will be, to support the Sika Authorization and the Sika Basis Team. With your open and proactive attitude, you will handle incoming support requests especially related to the APAC Time zone and you will help to complete the goal to have a “follow the sun” support model for the Sika SAP and Satellite Systems.
- You will also have the responsibility to:

- Support access and technology topics across the full user lifecycle within SAP products
- Perform tasks along defined operational processes, using tools within SAP user life cycle in the area of user-, role-, object
- and security management. Additionally, you will take over 1st and 2nd Level support tasks in the area of SAP Basis.
- You will work in a highly professional and motivated team consisting of people from around the world

We Need Your Skills
- You have at least a bachelor’s degree in business information systems, computer science or other relevant education
- You have completed your study in computer science, information technology or business informatics
- You have 5+ years of work experience in the area of users, authorizations and SAP basis
- You are a proactive, target and solution-oriented team player with highly analytical skills and a quality-conscious mindset
- You know who your customers are and have a service-oriented attitude
- You are a communicative, open minded and outgoing person, who sees the big picture and has the willingness to stay up to date with new technologies and functionalities
- Your comprehension is very good and quick
- You show willingness to share your knowledge with others and you collaborate other SAP consultants or Team members
- You have very good communication skills appropriate to various target groups
- You are fluent in English both written and spoken
