**Job Title**: Online Sales Operator

**Location**: Kuantan, Tanah Putih
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Reports to**: Sales Manager

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Processing**: Handle and process online orders from initial contact through to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels, update product availability on the website, and coordinate with the warehouse or suppliers to ensure timely restocking.
- **Product Listings**: Create, update, and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.
- **Payment Processing**: Ensure secure and efficient processing of payments, handling any issues or disputes that arise.
- **Customer Support**: Address customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and resolve product returns or refunds.
- **Sales Reporting**: Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales, providing reports to the Sales Manager.
- **Promotions and Campaigns**: Assist with online marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal sales to boost sales and enhance customer engagement.
- **Website Maintenance**: Coordinate with the technical team to ensure the website is functional, user-friendly, and free of technical issues.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in online sales, e-commerce management, or customer service is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento), payment gateways, and CRM tools.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with customers.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong ability to address customer concerns and resolve conflicts efficiently.
- **Detail-Oriented**: High attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing and product listing management.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- **Adaptability**: Flexible and able to adapt to changes in a fast-paced online sales environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, and online advertising.
- Knowledge of product photography and content creation for product listings.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and other sales software.
