**Job Summary**

Responsible for overseeing and coordination production documentation, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, and supporting the production team in achieving operational excellence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain accuracy, completeness, and compliance records of production process reports.
- Manage and maintain accurate attendance TMS and E-leave
- Responsible registration of ESD turnstile and Access door.
- Manage administrative task within the production department, such as filling, correspondence, and document organization.
- Manage Purchase Requisition (PR) in SAP and ensuring within budget.
- Manage and maintain IDM usage for production using sufficient.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 22301:2019, and ISO 13485:2016 standards and procedures.

**Job Requirements**
- 3+ years of experience in production administration or documentation.
- Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office software (Words, Excel and Outlook).
- Experience with SAP systems is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Leadership and team management experience preferred.
- Strong commitment to documentation accuracy and compliance with ISO standards.
- Adherence to confidentiality and data security protocols.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in minimum supervision.
