About the role
We seeking a skilled and organised Admin Clerk to join our team in Senai Johor. As an Admin Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day administrative operations and ensuring the smooth running of our office. This is a full-time position that will involve a variety of clerical duties to assist our growing organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Performing data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records
- Assist Production Manager for daily job.
- Follow up and update production output and reject
- Providing administrative support to the wider team as needed
- Assisting with the organisation and maintenance of office supplies and resources
- Performing other general administrative duties as required
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in an administrative or production clerical role, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent data entry and word processing skills with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to your work
