- Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)

- Assess potential risks, materials and costs
- Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
- Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders
- Handle over the resulting structures and services for use
- Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
- Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
- Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required
- To attend site meetings and conduct site inspections.
- Prepare proposal documents and presentations
- Compile and present reports explaining project details to non-technical stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, compliance with design specifications and safety standards
- Direct engineering activities, assign tasks and provide training and support
- Create work schedules and adjust as needed to meet project deadlines
- Maintain detailed documentation of all site engineering activities
- Collaborate with management to align activities with desired business outcome
- Identify problems at project sites and provide technical support and recommendations to resolve the problems
- Foster a spirit of teamwork and unity among team members and being supportive and working effectively together
- Any other job as assigned by Project Manager.

**Academic requirements**：
- Fluent skill for CAD and Microsoft Office software;
- Bachelor Hons Civil/Structural Engineering, or Related Experiences.
- Knowledge of common civil/ structural engineering analysis software would be added advantage.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in building design.
- Fresh graduates with good working attitude and willingness to learn and adapt are also encouraged to apply
- Able work at site will be more preferred

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
