Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and documentation to support project execution and delivery.
- Work closely with senior project managers to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Assist in resource allocation and project budgeting.
- Participate in meetings and set up minutes of meeting (MoM) documents.
- Help prepare project status reports and communicate with all stakeholders to keep the project aligned with their goals.
- Contribute to solving problems and identifying project risks, proposing actions to mitigate risks.
- Support in maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Assist in measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Provide administrative support as needed.

**Requirement**:

- Currently pursuing or have recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in technology, digital services, and project management.
- Basic understanding of project management techniques and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

**Salary**: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
