Area Manager

ChamCham is looking for an area manager to join our management team in Ipoh to handle our growing outlet network.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for financial and overall performance of up to 5 outlets
- Enforce, uphold and refine SOPs and brand standards in outlets
- Monitor and track outlet KPIs and take action to prevent under-performance
- Conduct outlet visits weekly and prepare management reports per inspection
- Oversee supply chain and costs of outlet operations
- Identify operational shortcomings/areas of improvement on an ongoing basis
- Check daily outlet reports
- Propose, plan and coordinate local marketing and sales initiatives
- Oversee and manage outlet hiring and staffing demands, incl. evaluation and ongoing training of assistant manager/supervisor staff
- Update management on performance, issues and requests from stores

**Your Profile**
- Holder of formal education (e.g. diploma or degree)
- Working experience as store manager, area manager or similar position for 3+ years in F&B
- Cantonese or Mandarin speaker mandatory
- Experienced people manager and leadership qualities
- Understanding of common business metrics and management strategies
- Good understanding of word/excel/work with computer
- Well-organized and strategic work principle
- Able and willing to travel

ChamCham is a rapidly expanding fast casual Kopitiam concept chain. We are focusing on bringing affordable everyday favorites of the Malaysian culinary offering to our customers at high traffic locations. The ChamCham brand offers a wide range of local drinks, snacks and more at our cafe and kiosk outlets.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
