**We are recruiting for Cargo Reservations Agent for Malaysia.**

**Accountabilities**:

- Accepts bookings of cargo sales and ensures they are properly inputted into the cargo IT system. (Daily requirement, 3-4 flights per day)
- Liaises between sales team members and QR Space control to ensure each reservation is properly allocated per flight.
- Record updates on backlog/ critical situations to avoid complaints from customers. Track critical metrics and prepare a daily report for HO and regional management on daily basis.
- Make booking with OAL/ Trucking companies and make use of SPA contracts to ensure satisfactory service to offline destinations.
- Coordinates between QAS, QR & outstations on a shipment requiring special handling/ attention to ensure smooth movement of cargo.
- Provides booking list to GHA within the agreed time frame. To effect on-time departure of flights.
- Loads flight reservations in the system and coordinate space allocations in relation to reservations with QR Space Control

- High school qualification with minimum 1 years of job-related experience
- Good command of English language
- Cargo reservation experience will be an added advantage
