**Speech Academy** is a new initiative under **Autism Behavioral Center (ABC)**, a leading intervention center in Malaysia with over a decade of experience in the field of special needs intervention. We specialize in **speech therapy** and **occupational therapy** for children with communication, developmental, and sensory-motor challenges. Our team of dedicated professionals provides personalized, evidence-based support in a warm and child-friendly environment.

We're seeking **experienced Speech & Language Therapists** to pioneer and shape the services of this new branch in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

**Your Role**:

- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapy for children with speech and communication disorders.
- Manage a caseload of clients including those with ASD, speech delays, articulation disorders, fluency disorders, and language impairments.
- Collaborate closely with ABC’s interdisciplinary team (e.g., BCBAs, OTs, special educators).
- Guide and mentor junior team members as needed.
- Prepare reports and maintain clear, accurate clinical documentation.
- Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to service excellence.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in **Speech & Language Pathology** (recognized).
- At least 1 year of clinical experience in paediatric settings preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- High standards in documentation, professionalism, and ethical practice.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
