**Internship - E-commerce**

As an E-Commerce Intern at Rohto-Mentholatum, you will get the full experiential learning in the followings areas:
a. Order fulfilment - how an order is executed and end with collaboration with our logistics partners for delivery to customers

b. Inventory management - how products are properly stocked and recorded for ease of accessing when needed

c. Content management - how to make the e-commerce content interesting with feelgood user experience, to enhance the customer’s shopping experience and purchase decisions

d. Cross functional communication - Collaboration with internal sales team and external warehouse operation team

e. Exposure in Online campaigns and promotions while assisting manager in such tasks.

You're a fit for this role, if you:

- Technologically savvy with a knack for design thinking and creative
- Knows that problem solving is your second nature
- Love to work in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (highly preferred).

Working Day: Monday - Friday
Working Time: 9am - 5.30am
Internship allowance: RM800 - RM1,000/month
