Position**: Accounts And Admin Assistant**

Location**:Klang, Selangor**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Daily Operations**:Oversee and manage daily accounts and administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations.
- **Accounts Payable**:Handle AP invoices and manage all outgoing payments efficiently.
- **Communication**:Interact and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization for related tasks.
- **Documentation**:Maintain proper filing and documentation for easy access and reference.
- **Timely Execution**:Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner and kept up to date.
- **Additional Tasks**:Take on any other tasks as requested by your superior or management.
**Job Requirements**
- **Educational Background**: Possess at least a Higher SPM/STPM/LCCI qualification.
- **Language Proficiency**:Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- **Accounting Knowledge**: Solid understanding of accounting principles is essential.
- **Computer Skills**: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and accounting software.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in handling a full set of accounts.
