Apac Training Operations Coordinator

The APAC Training Operations team is responsible for managing the day-to-day business operations and profit and loss accountability of all Fortinet Training Institute in the region.
In this role, your customer-service and detail-oriented skills are key to ensure high level of satisfaction when processing the large volume of inquiries and requests from customers, partners, and employees, about all our training and technical enablement programs. As well as coordinating the delivery of training sessions, exam vouchers delivery for the certification program, commissioning remote lab environments and providing support to all audience facing systems for training distribution.
**Responsibilities**:
- Act as the operational support for all our training and technical enablement programs.
- Dispatch issues to appropriate team members (Training Orders, InfoSec Awareness, Schedule)
- Escalate issues to appropriate teams (Dev Ops, Content Dev, Training Release, NSE Certifications)
- Schedule, organize and coordinate public and private instructor-led training sessions.
- Create new training sessions in Fortinet learning platform following the regional training schedule.
- Perform training organization and logistics: facilities, books, catering, among others as required.
- Process shipping, receiving and inventory control for training material and instructor’s travel kits.
- Manage training fulfillment, confirmation and/or cancellation processes.
- Process the exam voucher distribution for proctored certification exams. Reconcile records.
- Elaborate learning and certifications report using Excel, as required.
- Monitor training activities to optimize attendance and budget.

- Support the regional manager and training specialist(s) as required.
- Develop a thorough understanding of Training operations processes from scoping to delivery, invoicing, and revenue preparation as well as resource assignment.
- Works closely with all customer-facing Fortinet functions, including channel team, sales, finance and order management.
- Maintain, improve, and innovate systems and processes.
- Maintain strong working relationship with other regional training specialists: AMER, EMEA and APAC.
- Execute with full autonomy and mínimal supervision.
**Requirements**:
- English language is a must. Additional languages commonly spoken in the region are an asset.
- Experience in an educational environment (preferred) or similar, that proves customer service skills.
- Experience with learning platforms (LMS); Moodle is an asset.
- Experience working in a customer-facing environment with strong client-service focus.
- Creative problem-solver skills.
- Strong collaboration and team player.
- Commitment to continuous improvement.
- Self-starter, fast learner, and action-oriented.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Experience with complex and large Excel files as database tracking. MySQL database is a plus.
- University degree (BS or BA) preferred.
