OurSong is more than music, it’s a launchpad for independent artists. Through the creation and distribution of an NFT, artists are supported and connected with their fans; And fans are able to collect and connect with their idols and like minded others.

Our mission is to unleash the value of everyone’s creativity and make it universally accessible and tradable. This role will be responsible for creating and executing strategic marketing, communication and branding plans to accelerate the growth of OurSong and more importantly, communicating our values to the world.

Your profile:

- An out of the box thinker who gets obsessed with a business problem (acquisition, activation, retention) and is able to develop customized solutions.
- A self starter who thrives in small, lean structures and can handle ambiguity.
- Enjoys working with global teams.

Your day to day:

- Work closely with the Head of Marketing and Community Managers to identify low hanging fruit and acquire artists and fans to grow OurSong adoption globally.
- Launch campaigns/initiatives to improve brand awareness and accelerate conversion rates at each stage of the conversion funnel.
- Lead the execution of campaigns to targeted customers from the bottom up.
- Develop and implement communications plan for feature launches to make it digestible for fans and increase adoption for OurSong.
- Develop, test, and report on relevant KPIs for all marketing activities.
- Be responsible for all aspects of daily management for the marketing function.
- Work closely with Business Development, Founders, and Team to craft stories that showcase the organization's value proposition through all channels.

# Requirements
- Familiar with mobile app and technology industry
- Familiarity with media/advertising
- Superior organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Leadership experience - Has lead and set up teams
- 5+ years working at rapid growth digital product marketing team
