**A)** **JOB SUMMARY**
Have good communication skills to manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, as well as the reception of the company. Also responsible for the general clerical work as and whenever directed from to time.
**B)** **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**1.** **Reception**
- Manage incoming and outgoing phones call, transfer call to the respective person, updated telephone numbers and extension numbers.
**2.** **Mailing**
- To arrange incoming and outgoing mails, distribute incoming mail to the respective person/department.
- To compile and update any related documents, such as consignment note and to ensure all the requirements needed is sufficient.
**3.** **Refreshment**
- To control and prepare office refreshment, stock take and request for ordering.
4. **Travel Warrant**
- Receive travel warrant, check details of passenger and itinerary
- Receive flight itinerary from travel agent and confirm with passenger
- Compile travel warrant with invoice
- Get management to approve the invoice
- Send to Account department for payment purpose
**4. General**
- To assist admin clerk in any related work such as flight ticket booking, stock take
uniforms and printing staff ID card.
**A)** **JOB REQUIREMENTS**
**i.** **Minimum Education **:SPM with credit in Bahasa Malaysia & English
**ii.** **Related Experience (Years) **:At least 1 year experience in clerical work
iii. **Competencies and skills**:
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills
Pay: From RM1,600.00 per month
