**Job Purpose**:
To handle full sets of accounts, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported. The role supports month-end closing, reconciliations, and audit preparation in accordance with accounting standards.

**Job Duties**:

- Handle **full set of accounts**, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and ensure timely submission of **monthly financial reports** and supporting schedules.
- **Maintain accurate accounting records** and ensure all transactions comply with accounting standards and company policies.
- Process **supplier invoices, payments, and staff claims**, and ensure proper documentation.
- Issue **customer invoices**, follow up on collections, and update receipts.
- Prepare **journal entries**, accruals, and adjustments during month-end closing.
- Assist in **budget preparation** and **variance analysis**.
- Ensure compliance with **statutory requirements**, including SST, tax filing, and other regulatory submissions.
- Support **management reporting** and provide data for decision-making when required.
- Participate in **system improvements** and process enhancement initiatives.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Superior.

**Education**:
Diploma / Degree in Accounting

**Experience**:
0-2 years of working experience in accounting

**Other**:

- Good understanding of accounting transactions and processes.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills — especially for reconciliation, pivot tables, and basic formulas.
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Good record-keeping and documentation habits.
- Able to liaise effectively with auditors, tax agents, vendors, and internal departments.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous, organized, and responsible in handling financial data.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
