**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensures monthly financial statements are accurately prepared on a timely basis and adhere to accounting standard.
- Pays invoices/ by verifying transaction information; scheduling and preparing disbursements; obtaining authorisation of payment.
- Maintains accounting ledgers and verifies accounts by reconciling account transactions.
- Prepares and submits quarterly GST returns and monitors GST refunds.
- Manage claim disbursement to ensure prompt claims submission, disbursement and tracking.
- Ensure timely month-end closing activities and submission of financial, management and statutory reports, implementation and compliance.
- Assists in cash management and banking matters.
- Liaise with Auditor on audit matters, including preparation of audit schedules.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects as required.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literate.
- Required language; English.

**REMUNERATION & BENEFITS**

Basic Salary ranging from RM3,000 - RM5,000 (Remuneration commensurate with relevant qualification and working experience)

**WORKING HOUR**:
Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm

**WORKING LOCATION**:
Jalan Delima, Penang

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
