Account & Admin Executive

Job Descriptions:
- Discovering Full Set of Accounts (Journal Entries, AR, AP, GL, Cash Flow, Bank Reconciliation, Trial Balance, P&L & Balance Sheet) operational day to day activities and ensures account are up-to-date at all times.
- Reviews month-end posting transactions to ensure the accuracy & correctness of the accounts.
- Preparation of monthly management reports and other accounts related matters.
- Responsible for overall filing of accounts related documents and maintenance of records functions are performed in an effective and efficient manner.
- To liaise with banker, auditor, tax agent and company secretary.
- Perform all the administration task assigned and able to multi-tasks and perform any other ad-hoc task upon request
**Requirements**:
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping.
- Good organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Good ethics and conduct.
- Excellent time management skills.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
