**Job Responsibility**
The job description of an administrative and operation intern typically includes:
- Coordinate the entire recruitment process including screening, interview, selection and orientation (Executive and senior level recruitment)
written and verbal communication
- Learning administrative, operation and customer service skills
- Providing support to staff members in other departments as needed
- Collaborating with other members of the team.
- Performing clerical tasks such as filing, scanning documents into an electronic system, and
making copies of documents
- Assisting in the design and implementation of new procedures to create and file records
efficiently
- Ability to multitask as and when required.
- General/Other administrative duties as required.
**Job Requirements**
- Willing to work in SS15, Subang Jaya (Nearby LRT: LRT SS15)
- High school diploma/ degree in marketing, business admin or similar may be required.
- Able to communicate with English, Bahasa Melayu.
**Basic knowledge in Microsoft office (Words, Excel, etc.) is required.**
- Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments.
- Superb interpersonal skills.
- A professional appearance.
- Strong self-motivation.
