- Working Hours: 5.5 days, Mon - Fri (9 am - 6 pm) / Sat (9 am - 1 pm)
- Salary Package**:Basic up to $2,500 + OT + Variable Bonus**:

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle administrative tasks related to warehouse operations.
- Manage documentation, including e-docs, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare shipping documents and perform related administrative tasks.
- Keep track of warehouse inventory.
- Collaborate with warehouse storekeepers to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Oversee material handling activities within the warehouse.
- Ensure proper labelling and counterchecking of orders and shipments.
- Maintain close communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Liaise with customers and stakeholders as necessary.
- Facilitate import-export booking and creations.
- Ensure compliance with shipping requirements for both import and export activities.
- Perform thorough checks on shipping documents provided by shippers.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and standard operating procedures within the warehouse.
- Conduct stringent checks on physical cargo to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Report and address any safety concerns promptly.
- Perform any other general duties assigned by customers and stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

- Proven experience in warehouse administration or logistics.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
