Basic data cleaning / filtering through trash
- Drive around to find warehouses / shops for rent; KPI will be based of pictures + contact number
- Visit proposed sites to do site visit (fill in a predetermined evaluation form)
- Web-sourcing - scroll through property websites (e.g. i-property) to find relevant properties
- Basic calling / texting agents to get basic info about properties and schedule visit

**Requirements**:

- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- At least diploma or 1 year working experience

**Details**:

- **Working hours**:Monday - Friday (9.30am-6.30pm)
- **Working arrangements**:Work in office (traveling involved)
- **Location**: Menara Southpoint, Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
