- Pending Management - Review pending cases that have been more than 3 months

- Meet claims productivity and benchmark within authority limit, with high expectations and accuracy
**Enquiry**:

- **Other Functions**:

- Suspense Management - Ensure suspense cases are cleared within 5 working days from notification
- Assist Team Leader/HOD from time to time
