Position: Claims Operations Analyst (Shared Services) - Mandarin Speaker

Industry: Insurance

Working Location: CCCC Tower, Corporate Tower 8, Pavilion Damansara Heights. 3, Damansara Town Centre, 50490 Kuala Lumpur

Working Duration: 12 months contract (Renewable based on business needs)

Working Days/Hours: Monday – Friday; 8.30am – 5.30pm

Salary: Basic range from RM4,000 (Based on experience & skills) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical coverage

We will count on you to:

· Processing and Adjudication of claims (General Insurance) within turnaround time.

· Diligently monitor and follow-up on unsettled claims with insurers and/or outstanding information from clients.

· Prepare claims statistic report on a monthly basis include, updating the documentation processes.

· Data entry in company database;

· Review and verify data entered in system;

· Following detailed written instructions to make independent decisions on next steps;

· Monitor claim status and generate reports through database ;

· Verify and update information needed on claims;

· Communicate with service provider via phone and email to help gather missing details and support documentation.

· Process payments, as needed

· Process GI Claims, follow-ups with payment etc

· Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

What you need to have:

· At least Degree holder in any field or Diploma holder (with relevant work experience)

· Ability to understand, speak, read and write English is required

· Ability to understand, read and write Traditional/Simplified Chinese is required

· Possess basic General Insurance knowledge

· Experienced in Insurance industry

· Proficient in using Microsoft Excel

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to systematically manage and retrieve data

· Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented to comprehend and summarize appropriate information
